Butter Tarts

1 – Egg
½ cup Brown Sugar (packed)
3 tbs. soft butter
1/3 cup corn syrup
1-½ tsp. vinegar
½ tsp. vanilla
Pinch of Salt

Choice of 2/3 cup of – raisins, pecans (favorite nut)

Beat egg, sugar and butter together.
Stir in rest of ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Makes 1 dozen large – 2 dozen small tarts.

I use the Tenderflake frozen tart shells. Bake tart shells for 5 min. till a little flakey, then add mixture to shells.
